After the new setting and layout of the parking areas of the center of Faenza, Erbacci Group took the opportunity to carry out a public sustainable transportation service for the citizens.
Green-go Buses, so-called in Faenza, are two completely electrical buses that join a suburban free parking lot to downtown with a timeframe of 10 minutes from Mondays to Saturdays. From September 2013, the Green-go Buses have moved more than 200.000 people. This data is the proof of the success acquired by this project. Moreover, it has been analyzed that the 68% of the consumers chooses the Green-go Buses as means of transportation for working reasons. The latter has been the main goal that Faenza Municipality wanted to reach since the beginning of the project till nowadays.
Each way of the Green-go Buses is 2530 meters long and allows a saving of 70 liters of oil per day. To sum up, last but not least statistical data, the loyalty rate of the consumers towards the service is really high, at 97%.
