The POC Darsena foresee a specific legislation about reuse that is actually in the application phase.
Since several months until now the Darsena has become a new urban point of reference, a place for important events and initiatives. There are also projects already going on for temporary uses for the re-use of areas and for the renewal and enhancement of some elements of industrial archeology.
The actions already carried out for the regeneration of the waterfront:
-the website, “Ravenna Riusi”, that will be activated soon, is usefull to create a relation between who is offering and who is searching, that means citizens, event planners, owners, public administration and whoever is interested for various reason.
-the “direction cabin” with coordination tasks and the compression of the inquiry times for the proposals of temporary use.
