The retreat of public welfare pushes us to seek answers a needs, individual and collective, in the capacity of people and of reality of civil society to self-organize to share resources and activate generative processes of social value on a mutual basis: generative welfare.
Facilitating the birth of housing communities means activating new ones elements capable of uniting and keeping people together: sharing the place of residence itself is not enough.
The added value is given by housing services of which the community housing represents a primary component in the definition strategies and production of the offer to be co-designed.
Urban Housing is a new way of living by experimenting with tools and ways to innovate cooperation as a form of sustainable management of collaborative living contexts and their respective areas of proximity, in which housing communities become interactive nodes spread throughout the territory, and therefore a new social fabric.
