The growing pressure of the tourist movement on cities of art certainly has significant spin-off effects on the local economy, but it is also the source of considerable negative impacts on residential housing, and in particular on the preservation in the cities of an offer of housing for middle- and low-income families and workers. The situation in Florence and Vienna will offer an opportunity to share views on the issue and possible solutions.
The meeting is organized by URBIT with Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT and Erste Social Finance Holding, a joint venture of Erste Group and ERSTE Foundation.
