Siev (Società Italiana di Estimo e Valutazione) addresses in this conference the theme of the relationship that has been established, is established and above all will be established between the evaluation systems in use today in the government of the territory and the development of artificial intelligence. This is a topic of great interest but also a frontier theme that will be addressed as usual with a specific call for paper in order to bring out the different approaches and different assessments from the academic, professional and business world.
