To participate

From 10 to 13 November 2026, conferences can be participated in a dual format:

at the Innovation Center of the CR Florence Foundation (entrance from Lungarno Soderini)
live streaming on the website urbanpromo.it from the pages of each conference
Seating is not guaranteed. Admission to the conference rooms is permitted until the maximum absent capacity is reached.

For on site participation in Florence, registration will open about a month before the event
For remote participation, links to register for webinars are available on each conference page

Professional Credits

Please note that CFPs will only be recognized to those who participate in IN-PERSON conferences, regardless of the city of the Order to which they belong.
To see recognized CFPs, you will need to sign entry and exit for each conference you choose.

When registering for conferences, please fill in the appropriate fields using the link, along with all the required information.

See the list below to check the conditions for each Order/College:

Graduate surveyors and surveyors:
1 hour conference = 1 CFP (valid for all conferences, max 6 credits per day)
Architects:
1 hour conference = 1 CFP (valid ONLY for 4 consecutive hours -1 conference – or 8 consecutive hours – all day)
Engineers: 1 hour conference = 1 CFP.

Engineers’ accreditation is valid only for conferences that will be selected by the Order.

PARTICIPATE AS SPEAKERS

Speakers’ registations is done by the organization.

Professional Credits

in case the speakers want professional credits they will have to contact the organization.
