With the partnership of the Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti and of the Fondo Mutualistico per la Promozione e lo Sviluppo della Cooperazione di Confcooperative, the edition 2015 of the competition had as subject 4 areas and cities – Cernusco sul Naviglio, Pescara, Bari and Catania – expression of the themes that are interesting for cooperative housing: urban regeneration, recovering of real estate properties, rediscovery of metropolitan territories, of the spreaded city and of an housing system that is able to generate services and can start social and economic dynamics that are good for the entire territory.
28 groups have been awarded out of 103 projects, out of 126 young professionists (average age 28 years). The awards involved 56.000€ in total (14.000 € for each area). The winners will enter in a list of good designers, which will receive tasks and jobs in the field of social and cooperative housing. They will be provided, eventually, with help for the constitution of a cooperative of professionisst.
