Conference to deepen and discuss the proposed law of fundamental principles of the government of the territory whose need was placed by the INU at the center of its XXXI National Congress (held in Bologna in November 2022) and whose cornerstones were presented in it. The contents of the texts, drawn up by the working groups appointed by the Institute and published on the occasion of the Congress, were later transformed into a progressive drafting of an articulated law. Following a wide consultation within the Regional Sections of the Institute, the discussion held during several meetings of the National Board of Directors and the preparation of a working group including lawyers members of the INU, It has been possible to elaborate the proposal of articulated “Law of fundamental principles and general rules for the government of the territory and planning” that the INU presents in the Convention to discuss with authoritative institutional interlocutors and stakeholders.
