Diego Brescianini, Fund Manager Investire SGR
The IGeneration fund, promoted and managed by Investire sgr, is the platform dedicated to the development in Italy of affordable student living, with the aim of helping to bridge the gap between demand and supply of accommodation in the university and professional housing sector by aiming to create, with the resources of the first round of capital raising, more than 1,800 beds, complemented by community spaces and ancillary services. A goal made possible by the synergistic intervention between national investors – with CDP Real Asset in the role of corner investor through the FNAS fund – and territorial investors, such as the Foundations of Banking Origin.
