Filippo Catena e Lorella Campi, CDP Real Asset SGR
Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Real Asset plays a key role in urban regeneration policies and for the rehabilitation, including for social housing purposes, of important building assets in the country. CDP RA confirms its presence at Urbanpromo 2024 to showcase the main innovations that qualify its operations in the areas of intervention. Within this framework, CDP RA will illustrate the outcomes of the Fnas call launched last year.
Also of note are the programs and achievements in the field of recovery activities for tourism and accommodation purposes of properties in CDP RA’s assets and how, through such interventions, it is possible to recover entire parts of cities.
