The event explores first of all the recent legislative changes introduced by the Decree cd. “Save the house” and how the new “rules” will facilitate certain types of interventions as well as affect the marketability of real estate.
The focus of the conference is, in particular, focused on potentially necessary legislative initiatives, such as the reform of the Building Code. The impact of new national legislation on the definition of new rules and models for urban spaces will be assessed. Possible legislative changes and their role in facilitating innovative interventions in the building sector, improving the livability and sustainability of urban areas will be analysed. The synergies between national and European legislation will also be discussed, exploring how the same constructive logic can change with an integrated approach.
