Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Real Asset plays a fundamental role in urban regeneration policies and for the recovery, also for purposes of social residence, of important building assets in the country. CDP RA confirms its presence at Urbanpromo 2024 to present the main innovations that qualify its operations in the areas of intervention. In this framework, CDP RA will illustrate the results of the Fnas call launched last year.

Also important are the programs and achievements in the field of recovery activities for tourism and accommodation of real estate assets of CDP RA and how, through such interventions, it is possible to recover entire parts of the city.
