In accordance with Article 5 of the INU Toscana Rules and Regulations, the Assembly of Section Members is convened, during which elections will be held for the renewal of the Governing Board of the Tuscan Section of the National Institute of Town Planning.
The documents or motions, for which the Assembly’s approval is required, must be presented at the end of the Secretary’s report and, in any case, no later than 5.45 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
At 4.45 p.m. voting will begin for the renewal of the INU Tuscany Section Board of Directors for the period 2024-2026. The polling stations will be closed at 7.00 p.m. on 06 November 2024.
Only Members in good standing with the payment of membership fees may participate in the voting.
Members not in good standing may regularise their position until the beginning of the Assembly proceedings.
Representatives, delegated by Member Bodies, must prove their status at the Secretariat with appropriate documents (which we suggest you send in advance, also by email to: toscana@inu.it, to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings).
