HEROES (Affordable Housing Enhancement and Regional Oversight for European Sustainability), proposal of participation in Partnership promoted by the Tuscany Region thanks to the experience gained thanks to FHT (leader DIDA unifi) at the call Interreg 2024, tells the evolution of the emergency and welfare approach on emergency services and social housing – public and private – towards a housing welfare policy focused on fair housing – in the sense of more affordable, available and sustainable – that develops not only through the accessible home, but thanks to the supply chain of integrative living services, which belong primarily to Living, Welfare and Culture and that together contribute to the sustainable and fair city: the house is good to service.
