La VII edizione di Urbanpromo Social Housing si svolgerà presso il l’Open Incet, nuovo centro di open innovation di Torino, il 5 e il 6 ottobre.
Per la prima volta l’evento, curato da un ampio partenariato composto dai principali attori del settore a livello nazionale, si aprirà ad una partecipazione internazionale e si terrà in forma di seminario ad invito.
Sono previste quattro sessioni consecutive, ognuna aperta da una relazione di inquadramento – una sorta di position paper – presentata dal curatore della sessione. Le quattro sessioni sono dedicate all’approfondimento di specifiche declinazioni del Social Housing:
- housing sociale e colloborativo;
- social housing e impact investing;
- student housing;
- senior housing.
La formula dei lavori si rifà alla metodologia del fishbowl: il curatore della sessione, un gruppo di esperti (composto da almeno 2 di altri Paesi e alcuni italiani) e un facilitatore, prenderanno posto ad un tavolo centrale; una seduta resterà libera per consentire al pubblico, posizionato circolarmente attorno al tavolo, di intervenire per portare al centro del confronto questioni suscettibili di approfondimento o per esprimere il proprio punto di vista sulla tematica.
The VII edition of Urbanpromo Social Housing will take place at Open INCET, Turin’s new open innovation center, on October 5 and 6.
Organized by a large partnership composed of the major players in the private social sector, the event opens for the first time to the European debate.
Unlike the previous editions, this year’s formula is that of a seminar reserved for a closed number of participants.
The seminar consists of six consecutive sessions, of which the first serves as an overview and the last is for final conclusions. The four central sessions are the core of the event, where the many aspects and characterizations of Social Housing will be dealt with, including the following:
- collaborative social housing;
- social impact investing;
- senior social housing;
- student housing.
The seminar has a strong interactive nature, ensured by the fishbowl technique: the chair of each session, together with a team of experts coordinated by a facilitator, will interact with the participants. These, in turn, will activate the in-depth debating process by subjecting relevant issues to expert examination. At each seminar, the panel of experts will have a European composition: the Italians, who best know each specific subject, and the protagonists of the most interesting experiments conducted in other countries.
