The 3 PINQuA, 45 M€, are articulated in the 3 areas of station to reconnect urban fronts separated by the burial trench in place Bari-Barletta with accessibility and sustainable mobility through:
quality of living with sustainable residences ERP and ERS,
collective services, public spaces and green naturalistic, school, relevant, food forest.
Criticality: to integrate and harmonize the 3 interventions with projects and enterprises and the burial.
The objective is “harmony”, involving all active professional figures.
Expected effects: Mobility plays a central role in regeneration projects, affecting quality of life, sustainability, accessibility, reception and competitiveness.
The equipped urban green endowment is enriched by 6 Ha and an amphitheater.
More than 200 sustainable ERP and ERS housing (in PPP, rental + construction agreement), in 3 central areas, infrastructured, accessible, with large public or collective spaces on the ground floor, for neighbourhood economic activities and socio-cultural activities, to be entrusted to associations, of which Andria is rich.
