The cases that arise are part of an urban regeneration route The cases that arise are part of an urban regeneration route implemented through a system of interventions aimed at the recovery and redevelopment of buildings for ERS housing, Social and cultural activities, educational activities, cultural tourism activities as well as public spaces and sustainable road network within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) – Mission m5 – component c2 – investment 2.3 (which has incorporated the original PINQuA – National Innovative Program for the Quality of Living) and the Complementary National Plan.
The projects “Alta Umbria 2030 – Regeneration strategies”, “Living Umbria – Valorization of the regional heritage along the Umbra Central Railway”, “PS5G – Redevelopment of the former Palazzetti complex at Ponte San Giovanni” and “Ponte San Giovanni: from the Outskirts to the City” – Redevelopment and energy efficiency of a building in Via Cestellini”.

The PNC interventions include urban regeneration projects and the San Valentino district in Terni; a building renovation with change of use in Via Campomicciolo still in Terni for the construction of an extra hotel structure for the reception of families of hospitalized subjects as well as other aimed at the recovery of housing of unused ERS throughout the region.
The projects, all of which were started between the second half of 2022 and the first half of 2024, are a significant contribution to improving the quality of housing as well as the housing supply in terms of services to the community, Environmental communication spaces and infrastructures.
