Is it possible to obtain certain and continuous information that allows us to understand the dynamics of the context of places of life in relation to real individual needs?
Is it possible to evaluate and decide on interventions and modulate services on the basis of a personal digital identity that contains a person’s actual habits and individual inclinations? Can we ensure that the processes of gathering this information and its evaluation are autonomous, reliable and continuous?
HALLESS has answered these questions by creating WCONNEX, a platform of services based on new generation technologies such as Internet of Things, Advanced Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence for the benefit of social housing and workplaces.
WCONNEX is already adopted in Italy by some important bodies in the Social Housing and Real Estate sector.
THE REAL CASE testifies to the application of these new technologies in representative housing contexts such as the 2020 project of the Congrega della Carità Apostolica, a centenary Brescia Foundation, which sees the application of these new technologies to two buildings intended for social housing in the city of Brescia.
Digital information can be integrated into the services and processes of actors involved in the governance and management of cities and neighbourhoods, making them “personal” and thus producing high efficiency and satisfaction also for the benefit of sustainability.
