Are examined tools, ways and solutions to enhance cities and territories characterized by the presence of the system of villages, with their many excellences, and the polarity of historical and cultural, UNESCO, naturalistic, landscape, considered not belonging to the destinations of “world” tourism but in the network of active mobility (walking, walking and cycling) in connection with the railway system and cycling routes of national and European interest.

Integrated policies are proposed, with attention to the type of tourism to be addressed, to the most effective design and connections to be guaranteed, that from the existing attraction systems can interact with urban planning-environmental protection, sustainable development, economic and social enhancement, universal accessibility and the quality of life of people (local communities, inhabitants, tourists, etc.).
