Michele Talia, Carlo Alberto Barbieri, INU
The conference proposes a critical and updated reflection on the regulatory and political framework relating to territorial governance and urban regeneration, with a focus on recent national and regional developments.
The objective is to highlight what is there, what is missing and what is changing, in an attempt to offer an informed reading of the reforms or regulatory measures underway and the possible involutionary drifts. Urban regeneration, in particular, will be analysed not only as an operational paradigm, but also as a structural content of planning, which is crucial for sustainable, inclusive and effective land management.
The conference is divided into two moments:
- The first part will offer a critical overview of the main legislative innovations and their technical-disciplinary implications.
- The second part, with a more political and institutional slant, will be dedicated to a round table that will see the comparison between institutional actors and relevant stakeholders.
