Filippo Catena, Lorella Campi, CDP REAL ASSET SGR S.p.A.

CDP Real Asset SGR SpA. (CDP RA) has been operating in the social housing sector for about 15 years, with a fundamental role in the promotion and implementation of interventions to support the housing supply required by the country.

CDP RA confirms its presence at Urbanpromo 2025 to represent the main innovations that qualify its activity in social infrastructures along the entire “life cycle of living” which, favoring urban regeneration projects, have the purpose of intervening in initiatives dedicated to the “4 ESSEs” of social housing, student housing, senior housing and service housing.

In this context, CDP RA will illustrate the results achieved and the new perimeters of intervention through the representation of the “funds of funds” managed: the Investment Fund for Housing (FIA), the National Social Housing Fund (FNAS) and the National Housing Fund (FNA), tools that operate in a complementary and additional way to the market to promote a residential offer to support the 4 ESSEs of social living.
