The EU Urban Agenda offers cities a strategic vision aimed at enhancing urban development policies and strengthening their role in shaping Europe’s future development. The principles and priorities of the EU Urban Agenda are increasingly being reflected in the processes through which Italian municipalities are developing new urban planning instruments.

In this context the meeting aims to explore the feasibility of a more structured and effective approach, focusing on the role that the development of an Urban Agenda could play within renewed urban planning processes.
