Rete Cooperativa 110 is a successful example of cooperation among cooperators in Umbria. A pool of transversal enterprises coming from various sectors and supported by Legacoop Umbria to respond in an aggregated way to the needs of the bonuses in force and that wants to propose itself as a partner of public entities for the realizations planned by PNRR and PINQUA. Through these opportunities, the goal of the Network is to rethink spaces and houses for the needs of those who will live them, both for social housing and for senior housing, creating social welfare, redeveloping and enhancing the existing real estate assets not only in Umbria but on national soil.
With Senior Housing, the Network proposes a housing system designed for the elderly, guaranteeing autonomy and independence through the use of home automation, telemedicine, remote monitoring in synergy with existing home services.
With Social Housing, the Network aims at recovering the places of housing and living – such as historical centers and poorer neighborhoods – with the aim of promoting social inclusion and mitigating the various material and social vulnerabilities of our territory. A new way of conceiving the residency putting at the center the users and their specific needs.
Rete Cooperativa 110 offers also in this case a complete service from the design and implementation of the work to its management. The Network at Urbanpromo, presents two projects, one in Perugia, in Balanzano, and the other in Terni in the Bovio district. The buildings are already constructed and will increase the urban quality of the area of which they are part not only in aesthetic terms, but also thanks to the provision of public spaces for green. The buildings are completely independent, equipped with public means of transport, with parking and/or car parks and barrier-free.
