In this session, the second event in the “Focus Country” series on Spain, Almudena Mateo-Sagasta and Rosa Gallego will present the project developed by the Almería Tierra Abierta Community Foundation.

Homes that welcome, fields that nourish: a project that explores how to ensure dignity and security for agricultural workers of Almería, while recognising and enhancing their role within the community. A housing model that places people and the dignity of work at its heart. We will explore the development of a project that supports both the local economy and the dignity and well-being of the people who contribute to it.
