The area of ​​the ex-Commissariato Taliedo warehouses is located in a context of significant urban transformations, including the P.I.I. of via Merezzate and the P.I.I. di Rogoredo – Montecity – Santa Giulia.
The project plans to concentrate the building in the portion of the area in direct relation with via Bonfadini and with the consolidated district of viale Ungheria
and to build a public park in the remaining portion. The public park has equipped spaces, a neighborhood service, play areas and a parking lot.
