On the occasion of Urbanpromo, the National Association of Wine Cities (Associazione Nazionale Città del Vino) invites you to a wine tasting featuring a selection of wines entered in the Città del Vino International Wine Competition.
Founded in 1987, the Association brings together municipalities and wine-producing territories, promoting wine excellence, indigenous grape varieties, and the heritage of traditions, history and culture associated with the world of wine. Through initiatives focused on enhancement and sustainable development, it fosters the connection between wine production, landscape and the identity of local territories.
The International Wine Competition, organised with the authorisation of the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forests (MASAF) and with the scientific support of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV), celebrates precisely this connection, recognising both wine producers and the municipalities that preserve and promote their local excellence.
