“Home Care & Wellness Proximity” is an innovative project of polyfunctionality residential, in which the classical residency integrates with housing and social services to the person, according to a new model that enhances the experience of integrated social management gained through social housing. A new urban habitat that is implemented through the offer to residents – stable and temporary – of integrated and personalized services with modular and variable intensity with the support of new technologies and the experience of the deep-rooted territorial cooperative network.
Lux Living, the social housing of Montelupo, experiments, in this sense, in agreement with the SDS and interacting with the PNRR, services of senior housing, post-acuzie, “After Us” and the first start-up of neighborhood community, thanks to the support of the Fondazione CR Firenze and the dedicated investment of the Tuscany Region with FHT for the promotion of integrative community services L.R.T. 38/21.
