As primary indipendent operator of managed saving, specialised in the enhancement of building stocks in different sectors of the market, InvestiRE has start important interventions of restoration and conservative renewal of historical buildings to be use for social housing.
The most relevant interventions has been Vivo al Venti located in Milano street n.20 in Turin and the intervention of Palazzo Sgariglia located in Corso Mazzini n.81 in Ascoli Piceno.
The first building is property of Fondo Abitare Sostenibile Piemonte and consists in an historical building of the first half of the XVIII century, characterised by decorated ceiling and other elements of great values. Through a process of conservative renewal, in agree with the Soprintendenza dei Beni Culturali of the city of Turin, the building has been restored and now it helds apartments and commercial units. The project offers apartment for renting and sell for social prices and anticipate the realisation of common spaces that will create a more comfortable living in the residential part, offering to the inhabitants the possibility of knowing each other, to interact and to organise themself.
In the case of Palazzo Sgariglia, property of Fondo HS Italia Centrale, the building consists in a famous palace of the XVI century located in the center of Ascoli Piceno, the conservative recovering of this building has ended in May 2015. The Palace is today a residence that offers 24 housing units for social price, but also several initiatives for the center of the city, that attract the inhabitants of the city itself through activities, retail and aggregative spaces.
