The Project interests one of the most central area of Pescara: thirteen hectares close to the shopping center and the train station. In the last thirty years, following the fact that the train line has been moved, this urban empty space has been used as a depot for bus and more than two thousand private cars. The project expect the realization of two private buildings to reinforce the urban built environment. The cost of the project is about fifty million euro, financed for a quarter by public funds and for the rest by the private subject that will realize it, and which will receive the management of the activities related (parking, commercial spaces and of service for the green area). The management of the activities related will be assigned through a procedure of Concessione di lavori, as indicated in the D.Lgs. 50/2016.
