Only two steps away from the center of Orbassano, located inside the first belt of Torino, is located the new housing complex that will be managed by the Cooperative Giuseppe Di Vittorio. From the Social Housing point of view, there will be 96 housing units available, and more than 665 square meters of retail spaces, to be sold or rented. The building complex will be realized following the newest laws regarding seismic safety and it will be classified as “B” for energetic efficiency; in its courtyard there will be a green open space that will offer an area for entertainment and social activities open to everyone during the day, while during the evening it will be only for the inhabitants of the building, that will enjoy it in full safety. The rent will have a length of 15 years with a lower beneficial fee; at the end of the renting period there will be the possibility to buy the housing units for a price already agreed in advance with the Municipality. 22 units are meant to be directly sold for a low price agreed with the Municipality
