The intervention has been realised by CO.PE.A. as part of Confcooperative, and it is financed by C.R. Asti. The institutions present in the territory of Asti, like the Municipality and the Fondazione C.R. Asti, promoted it.
The building are property of the social housing fund Piemonte C.A.S.E., managed by REAM sgr and participated by cdp.

The 72 apartments, in energetic class A3, have different dimension; the possible target of the intervention, managed by In.Coop.Casa Coop., will have low rent contracts, defined together with the Municipality of Asti.
To optimize the costs of maintenance and use of the building and the family expenses, the associates – through the cooperative for service Monferrato Servizi – will be able to use special conventions that grants favorable prices for the housing expenses (electricity, gas, water…).
The targets of the project are mainly part of the so-called “weak classes”, that means with an income not sufficient to pay the normal rent at a market condition.
